By purchasing a pre-order item, you acknowledge and agree:
- Production may take approximately 3–4 weeks before shipping
- Delivery timelines are estimates and not guaranteed
- Delays may occur due to production or logistics
Pre-orders are final sale and cannot be canceled once placed.

We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order at our discretion.
You agree to provide accurate billing and account information. Orders suspected of fraud, abuse, or resale may be canceled.
SHIPPING & DELIVERY
Shipping times are estimates and not guaranteed.
Once an order has been shipped, risk of loss transfers to the customer.
Devina Apparel is not responsible for shipping delays caused by carriers, customs, or external factors.
DUTIES & TAXES
Customers are responsible for all applicable duties, taxes, and import fees.
ORDER ISSUES
If an incorrect item is received due to our error, we will correct the issue at no additional cost.
Customers must contact us within a reasonable timeframe after delivery.
