PROCESSING & FULFILLMENT TIMES
All orders are processed within 5–7 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
In-stock items are processed within 5–7 business days.
Pre-orders and made-to-order items require 3–4 weeks for production before shipment.
SHIPPING & DELIVERY TIMES
Estimated delivery times after shipment:
Canada & USA: 5–7 business days
International: 7–21 business days (varies by location)
Please note that total delivery time may vary depending on product availability and order type.

United States: Free shipping
Canada & International: Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and carrier rates.
CARRIERS
We ship using trusted global carriers including UPS, FedEx, DHL, Canada Post, and USPS. Carrier selection may vary depending on location.
DUTIES & TAXES
All duties, taxes, and import fees are the responsibility of the customer. These may be calculated at checkout depending on your location.
LOST, DAMAGED, OR STOLEN PACKAGES
Once an order has been shipped and handed over to the carrier, Devina Apparel is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages. If your package is marked as delivered but cannot be found, please contact the shipping carrier directly.
INCORRECT ORDERS / SHIPPING ERRORS
If you receive an incorrect item due to a fulfillment error on our end, you may keep the incorrect item and we will reship your correct order at no additional cost. Please contact devinaapparel@gmail.com with your order details.
ADDRESS ACCURACY
Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, additional shipping fees may apply for reshipment.
DELAYS DISCLAIMER
Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by factors outside of our control, including high order volume, shipping carrier delays, customs processing, or unforeseen circumstances. In the event of delays, we will notify customers via email and our official social media channels.
