RETURN & REFUND POLICY

At Devina Apparel, all sales are considered final. Please review our policy carefully before making a purchase.
ALL SALES FINAL
Due to the nature of our products, we do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges for:
- Change of mind
- Incorrect sizing
- Delayed delivery
- Pre-order purchases
All customers are responsible for reviewing product details, sizing, and shipping timelines before placing an order.
EXCEPTIONS (ORDER ERRORS ONLY)
We will only accept returns or offer replacements under the following conditions:
- You received the wrong item
- There was a confirmed error in your shipping details caused by our team
If an error occurs on our end, we will correct it at no additional cost.
In some cases, you may be allowed to keep the incorrect item while we reship your correct order.
RETURN CONDITIONS
If a return is approved:
- The item must be unused, unworn, and in original condition
- The request must be made within 48 hours of delivery
- The item must be eligible to be returned with minimal cost
We reserve the right to deny any return that does not meet these conditions.
NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
The following items are not eligible for return or refund under any circumstances:
- Pre-order or made-to-order items
- Worn or used items
- Items returned without approval
- Items damaged after delivery
REFUNDS
Refunds are only issued in rare cases where:
- A return is approved and received
- A replacement cannot be fulfilled
Refunds, if approved, will be issued to the original payment method.
ORDER CANCELLATIONS
Orders cannot be canceled once they have been placed, especially for pre-order or production items.
SHIPPING COSTS
Shipping costs are non-refundable.
If a return is approved, the customer may be responsible for return shipping unless the error was caused by us.
